Performance & Mental Skills Coach

Performance Coaching is effective because it allows you, the athlete, to establish both common and individual goals, increases your confidence and to create a plan to ensure that you peak at the correct time (for a major event or high-profile match) through focus on your mental skills. Sports Performance Coaching also helps to increase motivation and build cohesion among team players. 

Nutritional Advisor

By working with scientifically proven principles, I can help you lose weight, gain muscle or improve your sporting performance through your nutrition. No fads here, I will teach you nutritional principles and you will still be able to eat all of your favourite foods!

Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor

Personal Training sessions are either one-on-one or can take place with small groups, they are completely tailored to you and your needs. I also host Online Fitness Classes. I will demonstrate exercises and routines to you, assist you in exercises to minimise injury and promote fitness, monitor your progress and motivate you to maintain a positive, healthy and happy life.

Public Speaking Roles

I would be delighted to come to schools or sports clubs and provide students, athletes and coaches with some tips to improve their mental skills so that they can unlock their potential as a team and individual.
